Thanksgiving turkey
We don't eat turkey very often, this is why I have very limited experience of roasting them. And every year I try different recipes. This time it was Alton Brown version of turkey roasting.
I think it was successfull roast - the bird was moist and perfectly cooked. And delicious too!
